Refund & cancellation

Please review the following terms regarding payments and cancellations:

Booking/Token Fee

The initial booking or token amount is non-refundable, except as provided under applicable laws or project-specific policies.

Cancellation Window

If you cancel within 7 days of payment and no other transaction has been processed, we may, at our discretion, refund the amount after deducting administrative charges.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared internally with project teams or trusted partners solely to fulfill your requests.

Process & Timeline

Submit cancellation requests in writing to sales@kuldhara.in Eligible refunds will be processed within 21 working days, via original mode of payment.

Exceptions

No refund will be provided for cancellations resulting from fraudulent documentation or breach of contract terms.

Disputed Charges

Any refund calculations will follow RERA guidelines and will be shared transparently upon request.
